Responsibilities Prepare medical chronologies, maintain medical bill summaries, and drafting settlement letters.. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, doctors, insurance companies and others Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Minimum 2 years personal injury paralegal experience. Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Proficient in legal drafting with the ability to write clearly and persuasively. Project management skills that demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
