About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Talent Acquisition to spearhead the modernization of its enterprise recruiting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading the talent acquisition strategy across various hiring categories, including corporate, specialized, executive, temporary, and early-career. This senior leader will be tasked with building and enhancing the systems, processes, and leadership capabilities necessary to support the organization's growth. Key responsibilities include setting the vision and roadmap for talent acquisition, advising senior leaders on hiring strategy, and ensuring a data-driven, scalable, and innovative recruiting model. The ideal candidate will have a background of at least 12 years in talent acquisition within complex, multi-functional organizations, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams. They should possess strong executive presence, expertise in recruiting analytics, and a deep understanding of workforce planning, executive search, and vendor management. The role also involves operational leadership, including oversight of the talent acquisition operating model, performance metrics, and cross-functional partnerships to maintain compliant and effective hiring practices. The VP will be expected to drive change management initiatives, particularly in the adoption of new technologies and processes, and to partner with Learning and Development to enhance the capabilities of the recruiting team.
