Chief Executive Officer opportunity located in Las Vegas NV. Seeking immediate hire!

Salary: $180000 - $210000/annually

• 30% stock and 40% bonus (potential for $300000 total comp)
  

Chief Executive Officer Opportunity:

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and the policies and procedures set forth by the Governing Board and Medical Staff as well as Joint Commission standards
  
• Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance the hospitals performance
  
• Provide motivation and celebrate the achievements of your team along the way
  
• Take responsibility for the patient census and actively participate in marketing services within the community
  
• 10-12 direct reports
  

Chief Executive Officer Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration or a related healthcare field
  
• Chief Executive Officer must have five years of management experience in a healthcare industry with a minimum of 2-3 years in a senior management position
  
• Experience with budget development analysis and oversight marketing for volume growth and program development
  
• Must have leadership experience in SNF post-acute or hospital
