Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
• Gather and accurately document detailed client and case information.
• Pre-qualify potential clients based on established case criteria.
• Follow up with clients to obtain medical records and other required documentation.
• Enter and update information in the firms case management system.
• Send legal documents and coordinate follow-up appointments and communications.
• Provide professional compassionate customer service while handling sensitive information.
• Escalate complex questions or concerns to the appropriate legal team.
• Assist with data entry filing and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional empathetic approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Excellent computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• 1-3 years of experience in any of the following: call center client services legal healthcare hospitality or administrative experience preferred.
• Bachelors degree is a plus
• An interest in working in the legal field
• A POSITIVE ATTITUDE IS ESSENTIAL
