About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and support a high-volume inside sales team within the aviation industry. This role is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching team members, driving quoting activity, and ensuring strong customer engagement and follow-through.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong aviation knowledge, team leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations of the inside sales team
• Review and manage quoting activity, follow-ups, and order progression
• Act as escalation point for complex customer and sales-related issues
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and operational procedures
• Oversee high-volume communication including calls, emails, and data entry
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through team execution
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs
• Drive accountability and performance within a fast-paced sales environment

What We're Looking For

• Aviation experience required (aircraft parts knowledge preferred)
• Strong background in inside sales, customer service, or aviation operations
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required
• Experience managing quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Strong coaching and team development abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Background check and drug screening required

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales experience
• Experience in a quota-driven or performance-based environment
• Experience within aviation, airlines, MRO environments, or aircraft parts operations
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced operational settings
