While commercial HVAC is the primary focus, experience with refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and general commercial maintenance is highly preferred.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control systems.Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency.Service restaurants, retail stores, healthcare facilities, banks, and other commercial properties.Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility maintenance repairs as needed.Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear repair recommendations.Complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accurately and promptly.Maintain company vehicle, tools, inventory, and equipment.Follow all OSHA regulations, safety policies, and company procedures.QualificationsRequired5+ years of commercial HVAC service experienceStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExperience servicing commercial HVAC equipmentWorking knowledge of electrical systems and controlsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to successfully pass a background screeningPreferredEPA Universal CertificationCommercial refrigeration experiencePlumbing experienceElectrical troubleshooting experienceCommercial kitchen equipment repairGeneral construction or handyman experiencePhysical RequirementsFrequently lift 50–75 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.Climb ladders and work safely at heights.Work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions.Stand, bend, kneel, walk, and climb throughout the workday.Travel daily throughout the Greater Miami area.Safely work around electrical equipment, mechanical systems, and high-temperature components.Build Your Future with KemcoAt Kemco, our technicians are the foundation of our success.
