Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status of clients, using evidence-based evaluation tools to ensure accurate understanding and diagnosis. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing assessment. Facilitate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are grounded in the best available research. Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and updates, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes. Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing crisis management techniques and tools. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and recommendations to ensure comprehensive care for clients' varying needs. Participate in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and maintain licensure requirements. Patient Population / Client Focus The clients you will serve at Twin Cities Behavioral Health Center encompass a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and overall emotional distress. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required for application. Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, ensuring accurate treatment planning. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a safe, supportive environment for clients. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, including potential bonus opportunities.
