Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health and develop individualized treatment plans that address immediate and long-term needs. Utilize applicable therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or others) to provide tailored individual therapy sessions, ensuring the focus remains on promoting personal growth. Establish clear therapeutic goals and consistently monitor and document client progress to ensure accountability and therapeutic effectiveness. Provide teletherapy options for clients with access challenges or preferences for virtual sessions, expanding the reach of our services. Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to ethical standards in all client interactions, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism are upheld. Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities and clinical supervision, enhancing your skills and expertise in the mental health field. Patient Population / Client Focus Our counselors serve a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and family dynamics. Counselors will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches that respect and incorporate individual beliefs and values into the treatment process. Qualifications A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with an emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental approach. Strong organizational skills facilitating effective time management in a client-centered practice. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
