Work Environment In a full-time remote position, our mental health therapists benefit from a flexible work environment that prioritizes work-life balance. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to maintain a structured work schedule. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative treatment approaches. Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards and other regulatory requirements, ensuring that patient confidentiality is always upheld. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and facilitate optimal therapeutic outcomes. Engage in ongoing peer reviews, case consultations, and professional development workshops to enhance the quality of care. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and community resources available to support recovery. Stay informed about advancements in the mental health field to continually integrate best practices into your clinical work. Patient Population / Client Focus As a mental health therapist at Peace-Filled Mind Therapeutic Clinic, you will primarily work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, each with unique life experiences. Your role will be crucial in providing personalized care that respects the individuality of each client, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration. Qualifications A minimum of a Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A strong foundation in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, allowing you to tailor interventions to meet the specific needs of clients effectively. Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues alike. The ability to foster therapeutic relationships, listen actively, and respond empathetically to client concerns.
