Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary Licensed mental health therapist position located in Happy Valley, OR (greater Portland area). Join a leading behavioral health practice with a hybrid model of Telemedicine and in‑person care. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based, medically driven individual therapy to adults, children, and adolescents. Document and manage patient care according to clinical and regulatory standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners. Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.). Demonstrated experience working with adults, children, adolescents, or across the lifespan. Reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s). Benefits & Compensation Competitive compensation model with unlimited earnings potential: $123,000 - $141,000+/year plus annual bonus program.
