Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plans that effectively address their unique challenges. Provide one-on-one therapy using evidence-informed modalities tailored to each client, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-focused approaches. Set and monitor therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly evaluating progress and adjusting plans as necessary. Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver accessible care, particularly for clients facing geographical or logistical barriers to attending in-person sessions. Ensure the maintenance of accurate and thorough documentation to uphold ethical standards and facilitate seamless communication for ongoing care. Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultation, fostering growth while enhancing client intervention strategies. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients encompass a diverse range of demographics, requiring a wide array of mental health services. As a therapist, you will engage with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and life transitions. This role is critical in advocating for and promoting mental wellness in our community, ensuring that every individual receives the personalized care required to foster healing. Qualifications Must hold a current and valid license in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD. A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to collaborative practice. A non-judgmental, empathic approach toward client interactions, emphasizing compassion and openness. Proficiency in organizational skills and time management to effectively handle caseload responsibilities. Preferred Experience Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and proficiency in telehealth platforms will be beneficial for the role. Candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings or specialized mental health fields will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits The competitive compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
