Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status and emotional needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions, tailored to the unique requirements of each client. Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans when required. Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients receive timely assistance during emotional emergencies. Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards set forth by relevant licensing institutions. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other specialists, to create a holistic care approach. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Our patient population comprises various age groups and backgrounds, which requires culturally competent and individualized approaches to therapy. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, ensuring a solid theoretical foundation for effective practice. Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW), demonstrating compliance with all professional requirements. Strong clinical assessment abilities complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A profound commitment to client welfare, exemplified through empathy and compassion.
