Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans. Provide individual therapy using recognized modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to fit each client's therapeutic journey. Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring a responsive therapeutic alliance. Utilize teletherapy tools to offer convenient virtual sessions, facilitating access for clients with geographical or physical barriers. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and professional standards. Qualifications A current, valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Washington. A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
