Work Environment This is a full-time, remote position. While your primary work will be conducted from your home office, you will also have the option to meet clients in our outpatient office located in Longview. Our remote setup is designed for flexibility, allowing you to create a work-life balance while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms and in-person sessions as needed. We leverage modern technology and tools to ensure seamless communication and documentation, enhancing productivity and client care. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health statuses. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals. Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to patients’ needs, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Regularly meet with patients to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide therapeutic support. Refer clients to other healthcare providers when necessary, ensuring an integrated approach to treatment. Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system. Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to enhance client outcomes and uphold best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus The clients you will support comprise a diverse population across multiple demographics, including individuals presenting with substance abuse issues, mood disorders, anxiety, and various behavioral health challenges. Your work will involve developing a deep understanding of each client’s personal history, cultural background, and unique circumstances, enabling you to provide the most effective, tailored therapeutic interventions. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling. Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies. Proficiency in conducting individual and group therapy, with an emphasis on culturally responsive practices. Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to stay composed during challenging situations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Experience with electronic health record systems is preferred. Preferred Experience Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting, demonstrating ability to collaborate effectively. Familiarity with culturally responsive therapeutic techniques and best practices for diverse populations. Previous experience in outpatient settings is a plus. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
