Key Responsibilities Utilize your clinical expertise to conduct thorough assessments of clients, establishing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Communicate regularly with physicians and other health care providers on patient progress, challenges, and evolving treatment needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports following departmental policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary health care team to refine treatment strategies and discharge plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments. Contribute to or develop community outreach initiatives aimed at educating the public about mental health issues and reducing stigma. Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently to manage client information while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Set Right Behavioral Healthcare, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your role will be crucial in facilitating their journey towards healing, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailored therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or its equivalent is mandatory. At least three years of prior experience working in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a robust understanding of diverse mental health issues. Proficient with technology, including word processing, email systems, and electronic medical records, to ensure effective documentation and communication. Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and manage time efficiently within a remote work structure. Preferred Experience Experience with community outreach and education about mental health topics is highly valued. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and interventions to effectively address complex cases. Knowledge of specific EMR systems such as to streamline documentation and client management. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
