Work Environment This role allows you to work remotely while accessing our outpatient office facility when necessary. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client. Deliver engaging and effective individual therapy sessions using tailored therapeutic modalities to encourage personal development and well-being. Set clear therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, continuously monitoring and adjusting plans based on their progress. Provide teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients facing challenges attending in-person appointments. Ensure adherence to ethical standards by maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment progress. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele includes individuals of all ages grappling with a variety of mental health concerns. You will work closely with clients who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, offering them the compassionate and evidence-based support they need to thrive. Your role will directly contribute to positive patient outcomes, fostering resilience and enhancing their quality of life. Qualifications Possess a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD. Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds. Showcase strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage your caseload. Preferred Experience While we encourage candidates from various backgrounds to apply, preference will be given to those with a robust understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and experience in teletherapy. Familiarity with relevant therapeutic tools or platforms used in remote counseling will be considered an asset. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
