AVSeeds is the oldest agriculture, native and turf grass, and wildflower seed company in the state of Colorado owned by a well-established Canadian PE. We procure and sell seeds from across the US to farmers, landscapers, homeowners, governments, retailers, dealers, sports teams and golf courses.

Role Description:

We are recruiting multiple full-time remote Territory Sales Representative positions in Intermountain states that surround our headquarters in Denver, CO. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include meeting with agriculture seed users, landscapers, farmers, garden center retailers and dealers, and oversee the entire sales process with technical support from our knowledgeable team.

Qualifications (please do not apply unless you have significant agriculture or similar experience):

• Must demonstrate Agriculture business development, sales, and customer relationship experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical skills for market research and sales data analysis
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory
