Territory Manager- Dallas Fort Worth, Texas

BD seeks a Territory Manager for Targeted Temperature Management products in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. The role involves managing a sales territory, building key account relationships, and driving revenue growth through product demonstrations and clinical engagement in hospital and critical care settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue to meet established priorities and exceed division targets
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key hospital accounts and clinical staff
• Conduct product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service training as needed
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual plans aligned with revenue targets
• Deliver sales training to field and inside sales employees and channel partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of sales experience and demonstrated sales success
• Clinical background preferred
• Valid state-issued driver's license and compliance with BD auto safety standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and sales information systems
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and solve problems independently
