Business Development Representative (FBO & Aviation Sales) Mayday Aircraft Detailing Services, LLC Position: Business Development Representative – Aviation Industry Reports To: CEO & Founder – May Ibrahim Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Commission-Based Position Summary Mayday Aircraft Detailing Services is seeking an outgoing, motivated Business Development Representative to develop relationships with FBOs, MRO facilities, charter operators, aircraft brokers, aircraft management companies, and private aircraft owners. This position is responsible for generating new aircraft detailing contracts by visiting airports, introducing Mayday Aircraft Detailing Services, building relationships with aviation professionals, and expanding our presence throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Responsibilities Visit FBOs, MRO facilities, airports, and aviation businesses daily. Introduce Mayday Aircraft Detailing Services to aviation professionals. Build relationships with: FBO Managers Line Service Managers General Managers Maintenance Managers Aircraft Brokers Charter Operators Aircraft Management Companies Fixed-wing and helicopter operators Generate new aircraft detailing opportunities. Schedule meetings with decision‑makers. Present company brochures and marketing materials. Explain our aircraft detailing, paint correction, brightwork polishing, ceramic coating, and interior detailing services. Follow up with prospective clients. Maintain detailed CRM notes after every visit and phone call. Attend aviation networking events and trade shows when requested. Assist with vendor registration packets and onboarding. Provide weekly sales reports to the CEO. Qualifications Aviation industry experience preferred. Experience working at an FBO, airport, charter company, aircraft management company, MRO, or aircraft sales organization preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Self‑motivated and organized. Comfortable visiting airports and speaking with aviation professionals. Ability to travel throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
