This position is entirely remote, which allows for a flexible work-life balance while serving clients where they feel most comfortable. Our work hours are structured around regular business operations, with the standard schedule being Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing you with evenings and weekends free for your personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients presented with eating disorders and related mental health conditions. Utilize diagnostic tools and interviews to gather essential information.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client, encouraging active participation in their therapeutic journey.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in a sensitive and effective manner.

• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions, addressing negative thought patterns related to body image and self-esteem, and guiding clients towards healthier coping strategies.

• Provide ongoing support to clients with emotional regulation, while teaching practical techniques to combat disordered eating behaviors.

• Collaboratively work with other healthcare professionals in the treatment team to create cohesive care strategies that consider the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Deliver psychoeducation to both clients and their families to bolster understanding of eating disorders and foster a supportive recovery atmosphere.

• Maintain thorough documentation that reflects clinical decision-making, treatment modalities, and client progress in compliance with all regulatory standards.

You will be primarily working with clients struggling with a variety of eating disorders, providing them with the necessary psychological support and therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.
