Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience, including proficiency in data entry and specimen handling
• Preference for experience in pediatric phlebotomy
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively within a team
• Adept at functioning with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
