Advance your career serving diverse student populations in South or West Houston for the 2026–2027 academic year as a school psychologist in a contract role. Make a tangible difference across approximately five school campuses, providing critical support to students and collaborating with passionate education professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Texas School Psychologist credential/licensure ; must provide documentation upon application
• Previous school-based psychologist experience required
• On-site commitment essential (hybrid options may be offered for report writing)
• Ability to serve full-time (37.5 hours per week) for the entirety of the school year (July 30, 2026 – May 28, 2027)
• Reliable transportation to cover multiple campuses
• Willingness and ability to complete school district fingerprinting within three days of signing contract

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students across assigned campuses
• Provide direct mental health services, consultation, and interventions in a school-based setting
• Interpret data and findings to develop effective student support strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate records as required by district and state standards
