Talent Attraction Specialist, Hiring for Legal Practice Area @ LHH Job Summary A well-established law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its Real Estate Finance Practice Group in the Charlotte area. Prepare, format, and revise legal documents using Microsoft Word for styles and redlining and Adobe Acrobat. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications using Microsoft Outlook. Assist with document management, filing, and organization of transactional materials. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Deliver customer service to internal and external clients. Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of law firm experience. Transactional experience is required. Real Estate Finance experience is strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook. Strong knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple detailed tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and a collaborative team player. Candidates without CRE experience may be considered if they have recent transactional experience in a large firm.
