Medical Support Assistant (Office Automation)

Job Duties
Perform the full range of receptionist, recordkeeping and miscellaneous clerical duties within the medical treatment facility.
Maintain and monitor patient appointment or admission schedules for the assigned area.
Monitor and communicate delays in scheduled care to the appropriate staff and patients.
Maintain all patients' records according to regulations, ensuring each entry contains proper patient and health care provider identification.
Resolve complaints of a local administrative nature and refer other complaints to the appropriate authorities.
