Ideal candidates will have experience with: Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar Experience defending hospitals, physicians, nurses, and medical professionals in malpractice claims Handling medical records, expert review, and complex discovery Additional Relevant experience: general liability, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.
