Unanet Functional Implementation Lead

DescriptionKforce has a client in Bethesda, MD that is seeking a Unanet Functional Implementation Lead to lead the planning, configuration, deployment, and optimization of Unanet ERP solutions. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of Unanet while aligning system functionality with organizational goals and operational processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Unanet ERP, project management, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and system implementation best practices.Key Responsibilities:* Lead end to end Unanet ERP implementations from project initiation through post go live support* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Human Resources, Operations, and Project Management* Analyze current business processes and recommend future state solutions leveraging Unanet functionality* Configure and support implementation of Unanet modules based on business requirements* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status reporting* Manage system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing* Coordinate data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities* Develop training materials and conduct end user training sessions* Support change management initiatives and drive user adoption* Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolution efforts* Provide post implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations* Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and third party partners throughout the implementation lifecycleRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field* 5+ years of experience supporting ERP, project accounting, or financial system implementations* 3+ years of direct Unanet implementation experience* Hands on experience with at least one full lifecycle Unanet implementation from planning through post go live support* Strong understanding of project accounting, billing, labor costing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting* Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system configurations* Experience with testing, data migration, and end user training* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills* Excellent communication and presentation abilities* Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsPreferred Qualifications:* PMP, CPA, or related certification preferred* Experience supporting multiple concurrent Unanet implementations* Government contracting experience* Knowledge of DCAA compliance requirements* Experience with Unanet ERP GovCon and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules* Experience integrating Unanet with systems such as Deltek Costpoint, ADP, UKG, Workday, Salesforce, or other enterprise applicationsJob TypeContractCompensation120 - $150
