Customer Service Specialist Regular Cust Serv Rep Lewiston Office, Lewiston, ME, US 4 days ago Requisition ID: 2384 Salary Range: $18.00 To $18.00 Hourly Community Concepts is hiring for a Customer Service Specialist I (CSS-I) position for our Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). This position will assist in the administration and delivery of customer-based support for the HEAP program, and will provide intake, scheduling, screening, data collection, and support individuals and families seeking support through programing. This position is located in Lewiston, 40 hours/week, 52 weeks a year, generally, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, this position must be flexible to accommodate the needs of families or individuals we provide service to. Travel may be required throughout the service area.
