Job Title: Creative Operation Project Coordinator

Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid – 3 to 6 days/month onsite)

Job Type: Contract (6+ Months | Possibility for Extension)

Work Schedule

• Day Shift
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hybrid model with periodic onsite presence required

Position Overview

A leading organization is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Creative Operation Project Coordinator to support the execution of creative and marketing initiatives.

This role focuses on workflow coordination, project tracking, and cross-functional collaboration , ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workflows including timelines, approvals, and deliverable tracking
• Manage intake requests, scheduling, and status reporting across projects
• Organize meetings, stakeholder communications, and project check-ins
• Maintain accurate project documentation, workflows, and reporting records
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and proactively escalate issues
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Utilize project management tools for tracking and reporting progress

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, marketing operations, or similar roles
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, agency, or cross-functional teams preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Technical Skills

• Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Jira, Asana , or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with workflow coordination, project tracking, and documentation management
