This exciting opportunity allows you to create a positive and engaging environment for children while supporting their growth and development. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality education standards. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that foster children's learning. Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and health and safety standards. Build strong relationships with parents and families, providing regular updates on children's progress. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate children's development and adjust programs as needed. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation for the center. Promote a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages professional growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a childcare and educational leadership role. Strong knowledge of childhood development and best practices in early education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, staff, and parents. CPR and First Aid certification required. Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children. Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
