Nursing Manager

Our client is hiring for a Nursing Manager position in San Francisco . This is an on-site, full-time role that could be a great fit considering your extensive experience in healthcare innovation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise RN Team Leaders, LVNs, Medical Assistants, and Clinic Nurse Educator

Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality patient care standards

Provide staff training, mentorship, and performance evaluations

Support patient care delivery including patient education and clinical support

Coordinate staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage for clinic operations

Monitor compliance with health plan requirements and regulatory audits

Participate in quality improvement, risk management, and performance initiatives

Manage clinic documentation using EPIC EMR system

Address staff issues, complaints, and operational challenges

Requirements

Active California RN License

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred or equivalent experience)

Minimum 2 years recent acute care RN experience

Prior clinic or outpatient experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Current BLS certification

Ability to work with multidisciplinary and non-clinical teams

Preferred Skills:

Supervisory or charge nurse experience

Experience with EPIC EMR system

Multilingual ability (Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Spanish preferred depending on location )

Experience in quality improvement and compliance programs
