Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Measure and verify quantities, maintain quantity/cost records, and support commercial reporting.
2. Review contractor payment applications and support preparation of interim payment certificates.
3. Evaluate unit rates for new items, manage dayworks records, and support cost control activities.
4. Prepare, assess, and administer variations, claims, and change orders; support entitlement evaluation and recommendations.
5. Coordinate with project teams and contractors on commercial matters and maintain robust documentation for final account close-out.
6. Support negotiation and preparation of claim/variation settlements and assist with final account preparation.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or related discipline in the Infrastructure field.
• Minimum 15 years experience in quantity surveying and contract administration, preferably on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of contractual/commercial processes, measurement, payment certification, variations and claims.
• Strong computer literacy and reporting/documentation skills; strong communication and stakeholder management capability.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Relevant professional certification (e.g., RICS) or other commercial/QS certifications.
• Experience working in a construction supervision environment in the UAE for large Infrastructure Projects
