Mobile Crisis Services Manager

Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training efforts with the program director and HR to ensure staff are equipped to provide effective crisis intervention services . Develop and manage the Mobile Crisis Services team schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage. Strengthen follow-up and engagement efforts by implementing strategies that connect individuals with ongoing supports and services. Collaborate with the program director to ensure timely completion of Crisis documentation, assessments, intakes, and case follow-up in accordance with agency, state, and federal standards Days per week:**Monday - Friday** Shift:**[1st Shift]{#jmfe-custom-job_shift} #J-18808-Ljbffr Crosspoint Human Services
