Hospital Communications & Emergency Call Specialist
Tufts Medicine
Tufts Medicine is seeking a Telephone Operator to provide administrative and business support. Responsibilities include answering calls on a PC switchboard, triaging requests, and collaborating with the team to enhance operational goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
