Role Overview NorthStar is hiring talented Full Time Anesthesiologists at our newest facility, Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View located in beautiful Suffolk, Virginia. This position offers a healthy work-life balance with day shifts, no call, weekends or holidays along with every other Fridays off!! This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned anesthesiologist who's looking to make a career change. Our physicians and CRNAs work together in a care-team model with a diverse case mix. NorthStar provides our teammates with a competitive compensation and benefits package along with a supportive and engaged clinical leadership team! Cases include Total Joint, Hip, Knee and Shoulder Replacements, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry. General: $450k base salary, $90k sign on bonus, 8 weeks paid vacation, a complete benefit package and more. The facility is accredited by the Association for Ambulatory healthcare, and it includes 6 OR's, 1 treatment Room with all state-of the art equipment.
