Customer Success Associate

Supporting and retaining low-touch customer segments, the full-time Customer Success Associate will strategically manage a portfolio of small to mid-size customers to drive product adoption, mitigate churn risks, and support renewal outcomes through data-driven workflows and targeted outreach in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Strategically manage retention outcomes for a portfolio of customers by evaluating and prioritizing their needs Analyze customer health signals and execute targeted outreach strategies based on behavioral triggers Lead virtual engagement sessions to drive customer value and collaborate with cross-functional teams on lifecycle campaigns Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or related roles (preferably in B2B SaaS) Experience with CRM and customer systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Zendesk Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across multiple accounts High emotional intelligence with a balance of empathy and assertiveness in customer interactions Familiarity with subscription-based business models and customer health metrics is a plus
