About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to join our dedicated team at Green Palms Health & Rehab at Crawford. As a player in the senior living industry, we prioritize the well-being and success of our employees, residents, and patients. Our HR Director will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resources strategies, policies, and programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies, procedures, and programs
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a seamless transition to our organization
• Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters, including employee relations, training, and performance management
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
• Analyze and report on HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
