Front Desk Receptionist DaytimeWe are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist daytime to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.Job DescriptionAnswer dealership phone callsGreet and receive customersDirect customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salespersonCommunicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient mannerTake messages from customers and vendorsAssist with filing and distributing license plates to customersReceive and send mailWork cooperatively and communicate with sales, service, and other internal departmentsComplete other administrative duties as assignedPay: $15.00-15.50 per hour based on experienceHoursMon-Fri 8am- 4pmEvery other Saturday 9am-8pmRequirementsPositive attitude with an outgoing personalityCustomer serviceOrganizational skillsBilingual PreferredSchedule AdherenceProfessional, well-groomed personal appearance
