Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes, student evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, paraprofessionals, families, and students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in multidisciplinary evaluation teams
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans to address student goals
• Provide direct interventions, group sessions, and classroom consultations
• Maintain thorough documentation on student progress, assessments, and treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized plans
• Advise educators on adapting classroom activities and materials for student success
