Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting elementary-age students’ speech and language development
• Experience in schools is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families for student success
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with local and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, offer recommendations, and provide support to the educational team
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere for students
