This full-time, on-site role runs the 2026/2027 academic year and is designed for both SLPs with CCC and those in their CFY. Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Illinois SLP Licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcomed
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage an onsite K-8th grade caseload, adapting interventions as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full range of speech and language services, including assessments, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
• Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute insights for specialized educational strategies
