Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerks to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are processed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments according to company standards
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Label, store, and organize materials in designated areas
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely movement of goods
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse environment required
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry and shipment tracking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse management systems
• Familiarity with shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, etc.)
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
