divh2Shipping Clerk I/h2pThe primary responsibility shall be to select the product for a customer order. This person shall be responsible for accurately completing all shipping documentation and/or all computer system entries. The Shipping Clerk I will be responsible for performing other warehouse tasks as assigned by the Shipping Lead, Shipping Team Lead, Operations Supervisor, or the Distribution Center Manager./ppJob Responsibilities:/pulliSelection of products as specified on the shipping documentation and accurately completing all required documentation./liliAll tasks are completed in compliance with all Company guidelines procedures./liliAs required, over-pack, palletize, and stretch wrap products for shipment. Record shipping details (weight, cases shipped, number of pallets, etc.) on the shipping documentation./liliAccurately process the computer transactions associated with the order./liliOperate material handling equipment in a safe manner, following all training and procedural guidelines./liliComplete the daily Fork truck Inspection document./liliComplete other duties as assigned by the Shipping Lead, Shipping Team Lead, Operations Supervisor, or the Distribution Center Manager./liliThis position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, good business practices, and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations, and statutes related to the site)./liliEngage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement./li/ulpMinimum Qualifications and Skills:/pulliSecondary Education (High School) required/liliA high school diploma (or GED)/liliPrevious related work experience preferred./liliCompetent math skills and legible handwriting are a requirement./liliPrevious material handling experience is a plus./li/ul/div
