Lead Scheduler

Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules for construction projects Ensure all stages of the construction process are accurately planned and executed on time Support project management teams across self-performed and subcontractor scopes of work Independently or collaboratively create high-level master schedules for projects of varying size and complexity Develop summary-level through detailed activity/resource-loaded schedules Build master schedules with operations, clients, designers, and trade partners Perform critical schedule analysis and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes Ensure project schedules conform to contract requirements and specifications Participate in estimating and project meetings, providing scheduling input, recommendations, and value engineering advice Prepare and present project schedules and narratives to clients and stakeholders Identify and manage potential risks and develop contingency plans Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred, or experience in lieu of degree 8+ years of experience in Project Scheduling, preferably on heavy civil and heavy industrial construction projects Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud and/or Primavera P6 Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience performing critical path, earned value, and schedule impact analysis preferred Ability to work with estimators, project team members, subcontractors, engineers, contracting partners, and clients Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently Strong time management and organizational skills Background in Civil Engineering or related fields Deep understanding of construction processes Willingness to travel to St. Louis once a month when based at an Ohio location Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Project Scheduling for construction projects, with proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud and/or Primavera P6. Capable of performing critical path analysis, time impact analysis, and managing project schedules to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
