The Opportunity This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator who is ready to take ownership of cases, work directly with clients, and play a meaningful role in growing a practice. You will have the opportunity to: Handle complex civil litigation and professional liability matters from inception through resolution Develop case strategy and independently manage significant matters Research and analyze sophisticated legal issues Develop and execute discovery strategies Take and defend depositions Manage document-intensive litigation Draft and argue dispositive motions Prepare cases for trial Work directly with clients and develop long-term client relationships Collaborate with experienced attorneys across multiple practice areas Build and expand your own practice with the support of the firm’s business-development and marketing resources What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a Nevada-licensed attorney with at least three years of litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and a genuine passion for advocacy. Compensation $130,000–$175,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based compensation and a competitive benefits package.
