Strategic Onboarding & Employee Events Lead

The University of Chicago Advancement team seeks an events coordinator to support a broad range of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including onboarding programs and staff meetings. You will handle logistics, communications, and post-event analysis with guidance from the team. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in nonprofit or alumni relations, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with event planning within a university environment.
