Production Supervisor

Company Information A growing manufacturing company is hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor to their team! Production Supervisor Lead and support daily shop-floor operations, including repair, overhaul, and component manufacturing. Job Responsibilities Lead and support the production team while promoting a positive and effective work environment Ensure safety is always the top priority Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives aligned with plant targets Organize and prioritize all parts and components on the shop floor and provide expected ship dates Analyze production activities to determine throughput and capacity Maintain traceability of part numbers, serial numbers, and required documentation at all times Maintain good housekeeping standards throughout the facility Provide clear, timely, and responsive communication Support production with all required technical needs Perform other related duties as required, including overtime Training & Team Development Oversee employee training needs to meet operational demand Support hiring needs within the production team Ensure employees are properly trained to meet safety, quality, and delivery requirements Continuous Improvement & Process Support Manage projects of varying scope utilizing Lean principles Analyze technical documents and production processes for continuous improvement Support waste elimination, workflow optimization, and process enhancements Cross-Functional Collaboration Communicate effectively with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to resolve issues Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders Must-Haves Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field Proven experience leading teams as a supervisor or manager Ability to obtain on-the-job certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
