We have an exciting opportunity for a **Production Supervisor** to join our company and support our **Worthington, IN** location.As the Production Supervisor for Corteva Agriscience, you will oversee day-to-day production operations by reviewing schedules, allocating resources, and leading teams to safely and efficiently meet production and quality goals. You will train, coach, and develop employees while modeling Corteva’s commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‐functional partners to coordinate workflows, prepare seasonal operations, resolve issues, and support workforce planning.
