GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES - LAKEHURST

Job Title
Job duties include:
- Helping with room reservations through various communication methods
- Registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, and escorting guests as needed
- Ensuring only authorized patrons use government-sponsored quarters
- Calculating and posting charges to patrons' accounts and balancing totals with control records
- Accepting payments, making change, and presenting checkout statements to departing guests
- Preparing and safeguarding cash receipts, and preparing daily cashier's and activity reports
- Maintaining a professional appearance and ensuring required information is received from guests and entered into guest folio
- Printing backup reports from property management system and updating housekeeping status of rooms
- Recording and notifying appropriate parties of maintenance problems reported by guests
- Keeping the front desk area and lobby clean
- Processing night audit procedures and closing credit card machines nightly
- Maintaining the lost and found program
- Prioritizing customer service
- Performing other related duties as assigned
