Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of dental insurance and billing, and the ability to ensure exceptional patient service while maintaining an efficient and productive office environment. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and productivity. Supervise, train, and support front office and clinical staff. Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and appointment management. Monitor office performance, collections, and production goals. Manage insurance verification, claims processing, and accounts receivable. Handle patient concerns and ensure outstanding customer service. Implement office policies and procedures and maintain HIPAA compliance. Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and performance evaluations. Assist with treatment plan presentation and financial arrangements. Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships. Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with doctors to achieve practice growth and operational goals. Requirements Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, collections, and treatment planning. Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively. Strong understanding of front office operations and patient relations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting functions.
