Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Fountain Care at Sunset Hills is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care and supporting both residents and staff in a skilled nursing environment.

Schedules available: 3p-11p | Weekends 7a-7p (Saturday & Sunday)

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and daily nursing operations during the shift
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and physician communications
• Support and mentor CNAs, LPNs, and nursing team members
• Respond to resident concerns and changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent resident outcomes

RN Supervisor Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Missouri
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
